NECK PAIN/ TENSION is one of the most common musculoskeletal issues in our society today due to poor ergonomics & posture, restless sleep, stress/ anxiety, trauma, degeneration / wear and tear etc.
These factors lead to constant pain and discomfort, restricted ROM and never ending stiffness of local muscles.

We use cupping and acupuncture to:
• promote qi and blood flow to the neck
•eliminate stiffness and loosen the muscles
•restore full ROM back to normal.

Silicone cupping is alternative form to static cupping where special cups are placed on the body and are glided in various directions in order to help:

* Relieve pain and inflammation
* Promote more blood flow
* Allows more relaxation and to improve general well being

There is less bruising involved as compared to static cupping and is suitable for kids and to those who are phobic of bruising!

So come on down and give it go! We are open from Monday to Saturday
