Meet Jason he’s one of our Principal Physiotherapist at Anzac Parade Physiotherapy
▫️
He’s also a Senior Exercise Physiologist and Accredited Sports Scientist. (Over achiever) 🤣
▫️
Jason enjoys AFL, Rugby, road cycling, mountaineering, running, swimming, outdoors, traveling, pranks, weights training and the odd chicken burger.
▫️
His education in health and fitness started with a foundation of exercise science, human movement and exercise physiology at Charles Sturt University.
▫️
But don’t be fooled by his youthful appearance he has 21yrs experience tailoring and programming rehab for a variety of individuals, He has worked with numerous elite professional athletes, the general public on health and fitness goals, and is an expert at assisting patients with rehabilitation following surgery and/or disease.
▫️
He won’t tell you unless you ask but he competed for many years in road cycling at an elite level and this combined with his exercise science expertise gives him a vast understanding of the complex demands of competition, balancing all the facets of life for elite human performance for Athletes.
▫️
Jason holds a Masters in Physiotherapy from Sydney University which extends his knowledge of mobility he’s a master at freeing joints and muscles from stiffness and restriction.
▫️
His Achievements list is long as we’ve mentioned he holds a Bachelors degree and Masters degree.
He has Certificates in Advanced Spinal Assessment from Curtain University and
is SFMA and FMS, Workcover and NDIS certified.
He has extensive Orthopaedic rehabilitation experience and works closely with Sydney and Australia’s best Orthopaedic and Neuro surgeons.
He’s also an enthusiastic clinical educator for the schools of Physiotherapy at Sydney University and UTS and is driven by the desire to progress Physiotherapy.

This was an unusually placed and difficult to manage foot fracture.
✅fracture healed
Now to progress Niz an elite Clinical Exercise Physiologist back to Pre-injury status so he can continue to positively change the health of others at Prince of whales public hospital.
Sports specific work up required to get him back on the Football pitch.
