Nail all these on a consistent basis and watch the results come.

You do need to train hard, but you also need to train appropriately.

This is to ensure that you can stay consistent with all the things that you need to be doing.

TAKE THIS WORKOUT FOR YOUR NEXT LEG DAY…

1. LEG PRESS: 3 sets, 8 reps, pick a weight that challenges you, 2MIN rest between sets

2. GOBLET SQUAT: 4 sets, 12 reps, pick a weight that challenges you, 2MIN rest between sets

3. WALKING LUNGES: 3 sets, 20 steps, pick a weight that challenges you, 2MIN rest between sets

4. PLANK: 3 sets, 60 seconds, 30 second rest between sets
