Shine Your Light Yoga

Join me this Sunday 19th October to raise funds for Beyond Blue.
All proceeds help ensure Beyond Blue's 24/7 Support Service continues to reach those in need - providing hope, care and connection when it matters most.

Hosted at the gorgeous Bloom Yoga Room we will share an afternoon of gentle flow, followed by deeply relaxing restorative yoga, finishing with some tasty treats and herbal teas/glass of bubbles.

Mats and props provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
A $20 donation will be gratefully accepted and can be paid with cash or via card either on the day or when you book.

It was my final Rise & Shine practice at Bloom Yoga Room this morning. 🩵✨

Thank you so much Sara for opening your heart and studio for us all to enjoy.

I have been reflecting on all my memories..
From back when we practiced in Duncraig, your support and encouragement to complete my Teacher Training, Mum & Baby classes where Bodhi rolled for the first time, completing my prenatal training, the honour of teaching and connecting with so many beautiful people and building so many wonderful friendships.…it’s been a real joy to be part of the wild ride.
