I love being able to come here and post an awesome monday motivation and today is no different! Massive congratulations to young Tiernan on an incredible performance at the Irish Dancing World Championships 2025. He placed 4th out of a very stacked bracket of competitors.

He came away as the first ever under 18 competitor from WA to win a world globe (placing within the top 5). This covers the span of the 53 year history of the competition running!!

We love being able to play a role in getting young athletes to compete that their best, and Tiernan's incredible energy and drive towards getting to this achievement was a pleasure to witness.

Great job Tiernan!!

🔹 Physios don’t just relieve pain—WE PRESCRIBE STRESS! 🔹

That might sound strange, but here’s why: Your body and mind adapt when exposed to the right kind of challenge. 💪

✅ Too little stress? No reason to improve—your body stays the same (or even loses progress).
✅ The right stress? Your body adapts, grows stronger, and builds resilience.
✅ Too much stress? Breakdown, pain, or burnout. 🚨

But here’s the catch: Stress alone isn’t enough. Your body needs recovery too! Just like strength training requires rest between sessions, your tendons, nervous system, and even your mindset need time to adapt.
