Boutique yoga studio offering vinyasa + gentle flow, yin + restorative, plus specialty pregnancy and post natal classes in our inclusive, welcoming Kingsley studio in Perth's Northern Suburbs. Our general vinyasa classes suitable for every level of practice, a restorative/yin class provide balance and an ongoing beginner's yoga series which provides a good introduction to the foundations of yoga.

We also specialise in pregnancy yoga which is suitable for absolute beginners; these classes focus on creating a connection with your breath, your body and your baby. We offer Mum & Baby classes for the first year following birth; these classes allow you to bond and play with baby while practicing yoga in a safe + supported space.

Within us resides a rhythm ~

Ebbing and flowing
It’s not straight
And it’s certainly not narrow
It’s cyclical — moving us through the energy of expansion, and rest.

And yet… so many of us move against this inner rhythm

We force
We strive
We don’t allow what we feel ~ perhaps even autopilot

My wellness offerings for women are not new, I began these offerings more than a decade ago; I continue refining, re-inventing and more importantly: returning.

This time around it feels…

More intentional.
More attuned.

An 8-week women’s yoga + wellness immersion, guided by the phases of the moon.

A devoted container for practice, rest, and reconnection — where each week builds gently upon the last.

Autumn is my favourite season 🍂

I love the soft afternoon light, the cool morning air…
and the way everything begins to slow down just a little.

In Ayurveda, this is Vata season—a time of movement and change.

It’s why this season leave us feeling:
– a little scattered
– a little tired
– not quite grounded

So the invitation right now isn’t to push harder…
but to soften, slow down, and come back to ground.

Here in Perth, we’re also moving into the longest school term of the year—
a season that quietly asks more of us than we realise.

Our Mum + Baby Yoga Pop-Up is a space for you to gently return.

A place to move your body in a way that feels supportive and intelligent,
to breathe a little deeper,
and to be held within a room of women who understand this season.

Your baby is not separate from this experience —
they are part of it.

Crying, feeding, sleeping, cooing…
everything is welcome here.

Includes postnatal yoga postures, movement, mindfulness and massage tailored to a new mums body plus playtime, baby massage and morning tea amongst other mothers.

Grounded in the tradition of sadhana, Rise + Ritual honours the power of consistent, intentional practice held in community.

Rise before the world asks anything of you.

Rise + Ritual is our early morning yoga series — a 60-minute, breath-led vinyasa practice held at 5:45am in our beautiful Kingsley yoga room.

Each class is guided in response to the natural rhythms of energy — both within the body and in alignment with the lunar cycle. Some mornings will invite a more dynamic, energising flow, while others offer space for softness, restoration and integration.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach.

It is a practice that evolves with you.

Over time, this rhythm becomes more than a class…it becomes how you begin your day.

And yet… most of us have been taught to move against it.

I’ve been sitting with something for a while now.

A different way to practice.
A space designed specifically for women — to soften, to reconnect,
to return.

Something familiar but with fresh insight is returning.

Yoga doesn't promise a life without pain.

What it offers is a different way of meeting what hurts.

Instead of getting pulled under by every wave, you begin to build enough presence to stay with the moment.

Breath by breath.
Sensation by sensation.

That doesn't make suffering disappear. It changes how much power it has to take you out.

Over time, the practice becomes less about escaping hard things and more about learning how to stay inside yourself while they move through.

Ukata Asana = Fierce Pose

🔥Fierce embodies qualities of passion, intensity, and fire; these are all the elements of utkatasana.

If we are only teaching with English, these elements of the asana get lost in translation.

Sanskrit is so much more than language, it’s a vibration, it’s a wisdom and it’s a form that brings to life the story of the practice ✨

I LOVE teaching with Sanskrit - it gives each moment so much more meaning. I am not ignorant enough to think that my pronunciation is perfect! Language matters and I want to give context to the practice beyond the physicality.

After 17 years as a prenatal yoga specialist and birth educator, I’m evolving my prenatal teacher training one again to become BREATHE + BLOOM: A 40 hour Prenatal Teacher Training.

This round includes a fully integrated Yoga for Active Birth module plus an enriched and updated exploration of the physiology of pregnancy and birth.

I’m so looking forward to sharing these expanded tools, insights and evidence-informed practices with my next training cohort this March.

This woman was incredibly captivating. Although she spoke no words, her eyes said everything. Her presence was powerful and yet soft, and as she sat and absorbed there was a knowing and a wisdom that few me to her. When I looked into her eyes, I felt as though she was looking right at my soul.

Honestly I felt as though I could not take my eyes off her and after so long, I asked if I could take her picture.

This is one of those moments from travel, that stays etched in fabric of your being. ✨
