🌿 Practice Gratitude

Gratitude isn’t just a feel-good habit, it’s a mindset shift.
It turns ordinary moments into reminders of what’s already going right.

You don’t need the perfect day to feel grateful.
You just need a moment to notice what’s in front of you:
the people who care, the lessons you’ve learned, the breath in your lungs, the small joys that show up when you’re paying attention.

💃 Move for Joy, Not Punishment

Exercise isn’t a punishment for what you ate.
