A great opportunity

Mental Health First Aid Training ❤️‍🩹

Become a mental health first aider and make a real difference to the people in our community.

A two-day course will be held on 25 & 26 November 2025 at the Meet.Make.Create Space (Kingston Town Hall) facilitated by the Breakthrough mental health Research Foundation.

Mental Health First Aid Training provides participants with the skills to recognise a mental health crisis, respond appropriately and support the individual in recovery by applying what has been shown by research to be effective.
