We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Support Worker to join our team in the Kingston SE area. This role is all about empowering individuals with disabilities to live their best lives—at home, in the community, and beyond.

* Assisting with daily living tasks, community access, and social participation
* Building meaningful relationships based on trust, respect, and inclusion
