Looking for a low-impact workout that strengthens, stretches, and supports your body? Enter Reformer Pilates—your new best friend for staying active and feeling great.

MedHP offers Reformer Pilates classes that cater for everyone, no matter what your age or experience.

Here’s a breakdown of class times:

Monday: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM.
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM, 7:45 AM – 8:30 AM, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM.
Wednesday: 5:30 PM – 6:15 PM.
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM, 7:45 AM – 8:30 AM, 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM.

Please note that MEDHP will be closed from Wednesday 25th December to Sunday 5th January. During this time, there will be no phone services or classes. However, the gym will remain accessible for those with membership. We will reopen and resume all services on Monday 6th January 2025.
