I am a sound healer, mentor, and crystal energy practitioner, deeply passionate about guiding others on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. I love working with foundational transformations, as this is the first step to truly understanding who you are and why you are here. Through the sacred rhythms of sound and the intentional use of crystals, I help break cycles, release what no longer serves, and support you in stepping into a truly meaningful and balanced life.

Lisa is a gifted Reiki Master, sound and vibration practitioner, and Kundalini meditation guide. With her expertise in Marma point massage and wand crafting, Lisa brings a beautifully holistic approach to her work, combining ancient practices to harmonize the body, mind, and soul.
