Last year, just over 14,000 blood donors joined Stem Cell Donors Australia whilst giving blood. If you’re 18-35, just ask us how at your next donation and you could be someone’s perfect match – like Charli, who received a stem cell transplant last year in addition to 24 bags of blood during her fight against leukaemia. She’s now back to doing what all three-year-olds love to do, playing and enjoying life with parents Tammy and Patrick.

Showing your skeletal muscle mass in your abdomen and arms means that you can see positive effects of exercise even if weight reduction is not happening !
