FamilyLinQ attended the 2025 Childhood Summit last week where children from Logan spoke on topics that they feel passionate about. Below is a table of the topics categorised by themes. You can see that the top things that children raised were around time spent with their friends and mental health.
Thank you to the Australian Institute of Play for putting together and supporting such a powerful and emotive line up of over 40 local children (including from Kingston State School) who spoke with confidence and showed real leadership.

Thank you to all the beautiful people who helped us celebrate Diwali and took part in our colouring-in competition! 🎉 We’ve selected our winners — which was incredibly hard because everyone did such an amazing job! A huge shout-out to classes 2A and 1B, who submitted the most entries — a whole-class prize will be coming your way for your fantastic effort! 🌟

It's our birthday party this afternoon! We are super thrilled to receive a birthday card from one of the jarjums, and have already got lots of entries for the "Guess how many Lollies" in the jar.
