Meet Chris, our newest Physio and S&C addition to the BASE Team 👏🏼

With a Doctor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Exercise Science, Chris specialises in athletic development and high-performance rehabilitation. He currently serves as the Rehabilitation Coordinator for St Kilda FC (VFL), bringing years of experience from the AFL Talent League to our clinic.

Chris is dedicated to an individualised approach, ensuring everyone—from elite athletes to weekend warriors, receives the support they need to reach their goals.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or having a kick of the footy with friends.

When you see Chris in the gym/clinic be sure to say Hi 👋🏼
