Online parenting courses

ADHD Support Australia is offering two great online course options to help you do just that!

The Term 3 6-week Interactive Parenting Course starts Monday 21st August & includes 6 x 1 hr weekly group Zooms (Fridays 12.30pm AEDT) to discuss the week's modules with a supportive group, as well as private FB group. (AU$449)

OR

choose to take the Start Anytime course which has the same content but no Zoom calls & can be completed at your own pace and you can start NOW or whenever you're ready (AU$249)

The course goal is to empower you to work together with your child to handle challenges by offering practical, workable strategies making a difference for all family members.

Being more informed about ADHD & having effective strategies/tools alters your perspective on your child’s challenges, establishes more positive relationships & changes your child’s behaviour, their life & your family’s reality!

I’ve navigated 25 years with a child, teen & now young adult with ADHD and all that goes with it and I've had a recent diagnosis myself too. I founded ADHD Support Australia in 2013, have run this course since 2015, have been a PEERS social skills coach for teens & young adults since 2019 and am an ADDCA ADHD Coach.

My experience spans more than ADHD alone & encompasses traditional & holistic modalities.
