Really proud of the relationship we’ve built with Atmosphere Gym.
It’s a space that genuinely reflects what we talk about every day with our clients - structure, discipline, consistency, and pushing through when things feel difficult.
Training isn’t just about physical strength.
There’s a strong psychological component to it. Routine, accountability, regulating stress, improving mood - all of these are evidence-based factors that support better mental health.
This was a seated row at 102.5kg. Not about the number, but about turning up, staying consistent, and continuing to build.
The same principles apply across the board - whether it’s in the gym, in therapy, or in day-to-day life.
