The Penrith Panthers put up a really good fight all the way until the last second, however, unfortunately, they lost and just missed out on the grand final💔
Well done boys, you have put in amazing effort this year, just like every other year 😄 Also, thank you to all of their fans who came into the clinic to show their support...we had fun celebrating the highs and lows throughout this year💜

Adjusting to hearing aids can be daunting and scary for any first-time user. Not only this, but it can be nerve-racking for hearing aid users adjusting to new hearing aids😨

It is okay, you are not in this alone…here are some tips to assist you in getting used to hearing aids:
🦻 Slowly build up the time you spend using your hearing aids
🦻 Listen to everyday noises
🦻 Watch the TV whilst wearing your hearing aids
🦻 Try having a one-on-one conversation with someone while wearing your hearing aids
🦻 Move into a group conversation, whilst wearing your hearing aids
🦻 Be patient with yourself and your devices

Getting used to hearing aids is never a race, everyone is different, and that is why you should remember to go at a pace that feels right for you🫂

Throughout the week, from September 22nd to September 28th, 2025, is the National Week of Deaf People. This week celebrates the importance of Australian Sign Language in society and continuously striving for inclusion within the community💙

Deaf people are apart of this community, and they are not going away. This year’s theme for the week is ‘No Human Rights Without Sign Language Rights’ in which highlights the importance of Auslan as a linguistic human right for the Australian Deaf community🤟
