Physio Inq Penrith Physio Inq Penrith is one of a kind in the Penrith area. In addition we offer hydrotherapy classes twice per day, four nights per week.

It is the only facility with both manual therapy and a shallow to deep hydrotherapy pool, enabling the most diverse range of treatment options for patients. Nepean Physiotherapy Hydrotherapy Centre has a 34 degree shallow to deep pool with handrails and a lifter for easy entry and exit. We have constant coverage of physiotherapists and exercise physiologists able to help you develop and maintain a program in the hydro pool.

We’ve got some exciting news to share with you!

After more than 7 amazing years as part of the Physio Inq network — a journey that’s seen us grow, evolve, and even take home Franchisee of the Year in 2024— it’s time for our next chapter.

We're excited to announce that from the 3rd November 2025, we’re rebranding and stepping out on our own into a new era.

From November 3rd we’ll be known as n1 physio.

Why the change?
Our new name captures exactly how we’ve always approached your care — that it should be as unique as you are. Because no two people move the same, no two injuries are identical, and no two paths to recovery should be treated as if they are. At n1 Physio, your care is built entirely around you — your body, your goals, and your life.

The ‘n1’ in our name comes from scientific research, where ‘n’ represents the number of patients in a study. At n1 physio, we believe n=1 — because
you are not one of many. You are one of one. That’s why we assess, treat, and guide you based on your body, your goals, and your story. n=1. Alway
