Physio Inq Penrith is one of a kind in the Penrith area. In addition we offer hydrotherapy classes twice per day, four nights per week.

It is the only facility with both manual therapy and a shallow to deep hydrotherapy pool, enabling the most diverse range of treatment options for patients. Nepean Physiotherapy Hydrotherapy Centre has a 34 degree shallow to deep pool with handrails and a lifter for easy entry and exit. We have constant coverage of physiotherapists and exercise physiologists able to help you develop and maintain a program in the hydro pool.

As we posted about last week, after nearly 13 incredible years, it’s time to raise a glass and celebrate the amazing journey of our beloved Jenny and she moves into retirement! 🥂✨

We’re so excited for the adventures that await her in this period of her life.

On Friday night last week most of the team headed out to in Penrith for a team dinner to send her off.

Justin has been with us since graduating from his physiotherapy degree in 2020. It's been a privilege to watch him grow as a therapist and take on more responsibility within our team.

Twice per week, we are blessed to have Zainab in the clinic, working with Justin. Anyone who is around for their sessions will know, it simply sounds like Zainab is having the time of her life.
