Hi, I’m Natalie Ayers, the face behind Spinal Flow with Nat! As a certified Spinal Flow Practitioner and Healing Coach since 2020, I am deeply passionate about health and healing. My journey began with my own health challenges, including overcoming an autoimmune disease and pain in my neck, shoulders, and feet. Through my experiences, I learned firsthand that healing is not only possible but incredibly transformative! 💪💖

I’ve achieved some incredible milestones along the way, including completing the Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea and a grueling 240km run from Eden in NSW to the top of Mt. Kosciuszko in just 36 hours! 🏃‍♀️🏔️

With a background in the army starting at 18 years old, I’ve spent the last 20 years in health-related roles, including managing a chiropractic office for 5 years. I believe in the power of movement, meditation, and spinal flow to maintain alignment and well-being.

You’ll lie face down on the table, and we’ll guide you to connect with your breath, focus on the sensations of my hands, or simply listen to the soothing music. This is your sacred time to tune into your body and cultivate mindfulness. ✨💖

We check your neck and spine, assessing key points on your sacrum and coccyx to help facilitate the healing wave throughout your body. Our goal is to identify where the flow may be blocked and encourage movement and release. We even use supportive blocks under your hips to help align your pelvis.

Most clients report feeling a deep connection to themselves, akin to a profound meditation, allowing their nervous system to relax and reveal where blockages are held in the spine. The best part? Your body has kept the score, so there's no need to relive past experiences—tears, laughter, and emotions are all welcome! 🌈🙏
