On my journey sourcing preloved clothing it means many a times I come across some great beauties - and then I have to really tell myself, ‘Aydah, you can’t keep these boots ……you have plenty!’

To all that know me well know I love boots……I will wear them with most things if I could.

Well I’m so happy that these beauties went out the door with a smiling ☺️ customer.

That’s what I love - preloved clothing has a journey, it will walk many different paths, find various homes, tell a different story each time.

This is what happens when we get to a certain age - colouring regrowth has to happen way more than we’d like it too! But hey, for me admittedly I would rather go through this than add years to my look. Each to their own as some of us do enjoy our greys, but the truth is colouring our hair does help us look fresher.

As we age we tend to need lighter colours, maybe a few shades lighter than our natural hair.

Speak to your hairdresser about whether you need an ash base, cool, warm or an in between. The right hair colour can take years off, the flip side is choosing the wrong one and adding years…..now we don’t want that!
