The NAS system has its foundations in engineering principles and allows a practictioner to determine the underlying cause and effect of biomechanical anomolies, which are then explained in clear terms to eductate the patient. In identifying the underlying cause of pain, we then treat the cause, not just the symptoms. We use custom prescribed orthotic therapy, integrated with other conservative treatment methods to provide a holistic approach to eliminating pain and improving well-being.

Our Story

At Dr. Abbie Clinics our podiatrists use our unique biomechanical assessment system - the Najjarine Biomechanical Assessment (NBA) system - to assess and diagnose the cause of a patient's biomechanical problems - from the feet up.
