Eleanor trained at the University of Sydney and brings experience from hospital work on the Central Coast and in Intensive Care at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. She now brings that background to general practice, with a focus on getting to know each patient and what matters most to them.

What you might not know is how much your GP can actually help.A Mental Health Treatment Plan set up by your GP can connect eligible patients with subsidised psychology sessions.

A health check can catch the physical effects of ongoing stress, high blood pressure, poor sleep, low energy. And a good GP conversation can help you figure out what small changes might actually stick.

You don't need to be in crisis to ask for support. If things feel heavy, that's enough.
