Life is changing in ways that are so beautifully tender, it almost brings me to tears.

It has been a long journey, carrying me forward towards the dreams that felt too far away.

I lost my brother this year and have been my Mother's emotional support.

I contemplated closing my business and selling my beautiful crystal bowls. But something inside me kept saying "KEEP GOING. THE BEST IS YET TO COME". And then this message came across my feed. Divine timing.

I have learned the virtue of patience and life is now blooming.

You will be bathed in the harmonic healing vibrations and frequencies of the Crystal Singing Bowls while you feel the stresses of the day/week melt away with each yoga pose, releasing any stress or tension, supporting you into relaxation, promoting clarity and inner peace – taking you on a journey to deeper healing and self-awareness.
