Infinity Care is looking for two Lebanese Arabic speaking NDIS disability support workers to join our dynamic team! If you have professional experience in caring and are eager to make a difference, this is the chance for you!
Flexible Casual Support: Enjoy the freedom of choosing your own working days and times!
Available Shifts: Mondays to Sundays, 7 days a week, 6 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm - 6 am (Active Overnight)
Your Role: You'll be providing essential support to a female Lebanese client in her 30s living with an intellectual disability. This includes assisting her with activities of daily living and taking her out for transport, as well as social and community engagement.
**Requirements:**
- A reliable and insured vehicle
- First Aid certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
Location: Carlton
Compensation: Earn a competitive rate of $33-36 per hour, depending on your level of experience.

✅ Can obtain first aid training and NDIS Workers Screening Check

✅ Has lived experience in disability support/mental health or professional work experience – (experience is ideal but not essential)
✅ Lives locally and is familiar with the area

Our Ideal Candidate:

*At least 1 year of proven experience working with clients with complex and challenging behaviours.
*Experience working with clients with mental health conditions and comfortable supporting clients with intellectual disabilities, high medical needs, or mental health conditions
*Ideally, you’ll have a Certificate in Mental Health, Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification.
*Understanding issues and concerns affecting mental health consumers with a working knowledge of and commitment to consumers' rights and responsibilities.
*Knowledge and experience with the Disability Services Act, policies and procedures and Quality and Safeguards Commission.
*Unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
*First Aid Training
*NDIS Worker Screening Check
*Comfortable reporting using digital platforms
*A good understanding of person-centred support
