Some seasons aren’t about blooming.
Some seasons are about surviving softly.
Lately the exhaustion has felt bone deep.
Not just tired…
but flat. Heavy. Emotional.
Like your spirit is asking for silence while the world keeps demanding noise.
This isn’t failure.
This is your soul calling you inward.
Nature does not bloom all year round.
The moon disappears before she returns full.
Even the strongest fire reduces to embers before it rises again.
We live in a world that glorifies constant productivity…
But spiritually, exhaustion is often a threshold.
A shedding.
A recalibration.
A sacred pause between who you were and who you are becoming.
Sometimes your body slows you down because your spirit can no longer carry what your mind keeps trying to force.
So if you’re feeling emotional, unmotivated, withdrawn or deeply tired right now…
maybe you don’t need more pressure.
Maybe you need rest without guilt.
Nourishment without punishment.
Stillness without shame.
Not every phase of healing looks radiant.
Some look like lying in bed.
Crying unexpectedly.
Saying no.
Sleeping more.
Pulling your energy back from the noise.
And that too… is sacred.
Your soul is not abandoning you.
It’s asking you to listen. 🌿
