🥰I’ve just discovered The Yoga Couple on Instagram. Wow they are great!

I ordered book their books:
📕 The Inner Work, and
📗 The Inner Work of Relationships

and I’m working through The Inner Work first. It has such a great explanation as to how to recognise that we are not our mind. The fact that we are able to analyse our thoughts means we must be separate to our thoughts and therefore we can change how and what we think.

“My body is a vessel of divine light”

What it truly means:

This affirmation is a remembrance.

It means that your physical body is not separate from your soul—it is the sacred temple through which your divine essence expresses itself in the world. Every cell, every breath, every heartbeat carries the spark of your soul’s light.

When we say “My body is a vessel of divine light,” we are honouring the truth that we are not just skin and bone—we are frequency, energy, memory, and spirit, woven into form. Your body is the chalice through which your intuition flows, your love radiates, and your healing energy moves.

To embody this means:

Treating your body as sacred—not because it must be perfect, but because it is alive with divine purpose.

Listening to its whispers, its aches, its instincts—as messages from the soul.

Nourishing it with intention, movement, rest, plants, touch, and sound.

Have you ever wondered where and why we use all of the saying that are deeply embedded into society.
We had this discussion with family while we were in Tamworth.... there is more to them than you think.

Why Common Sayings Were Embedded Into Society

Language is not neutral—it is vibrational technology.
Everyday sayings become spells when
spoken repeatedly without awareness.
Most people don't realize that they are casting beliefs
into themselves and others through common phrases passed down across generations.

These sayings were embedded into society to:

1. Reinforce obedience and shame individuality.
2. Normalize emotional suppression, conformity, and hierarchy.
3. Dismiss sacred connection to nature, cycles, and intuition.
4. Reinforce colonial, patriarchal, and industrial power structures.
5. Spread through media, humor, schools, and family conditioning.

Examples:
- “Children should be seen and not heard” = trains early silence and obedience.
- “Thick as a brick” = shames alternative or slower learning styles.
- “You can’t polish a turd” = blocks belief in transformation and growth.

Many originated in Victorian England, military structures, or industrial environments—
where obedience, productivity, and linear thinking were prized over soul, softness, and emotion.

These phrases were further spread through comedy, advertising, and entertainment.

What seemed harmless became ritualized repetition—normalized spells that limited collective power.

Now, we reclaim them.
By naming the spell, we neutralize it.
By offering a conscious re-frame, we rewrite the energetic script.

This is more than a language. project.

It is ancestral clearing, cultural healing, and vibrational sovereignty in action.

Let's start by undoing and reclaiming our voice, truth and liberation.

Have you ever thought about the origin of sayings? Where did they come from?

We had an interesting family discussion on sayings, and what they really mean.

Mum made a point that I found interesting. We’ve always said those words, but they don’t really mean anything. They’re just funny, right? Well, that’s not entirely true.

Here is one to start with.

"Flat as a tack."

Used to describe something or someone as boring, lifeless, lacking energy,
or having no “spark” or dimensionality.

Words have more than just their literal meanings. They have underlying meanings and programming. When we look at the energetics of words, we see that words have power. This means that words can have a profound impact on our lives.

Energetic and Social Programming Layer of - Flat as a tack

1. Labels Stillness or Calm as Boring or Lifeless

Shames natural quiet energy,
reinforcing "more is better" or "loud is life" mentalities.

2. Encourages Performance Over Presence

Dismisses soft, gentle, or grounded states,
pressuring people to “perform” energy to be seen as valuable.

3. Devalues Subtle or Deep Frequencies

Frames deep calm, neutrality, or subtle presence as worthless or unimpressive.

They can be so powerful, and it’s worth considering changing them to something more positive. What do you think?
