Our new Frequency Healing space has been successfully tested..😍

The ambiance was truly magical and we will be announcing dates soon.

Outdoor sessions, set amidst nature, will be weather dependent and cancelled in case of rain.

We also observed that there were no mosquitoes..... we have incense and our Native Indulgence Critter Spray.

We look forward to sharing this with you soon.

🥰I’ve just discovered The Yoga Couple on Instagram. Wow they are great!

I ordered book their books:
📕 The Inner Work, and
📗 The Inner Work of Relationships

and I’m working through The Inner Work first. It has such a great explanation as to how to recognise that we are not our mind. The fact that we are able to analyse our thoughts means we must be separate to our thoughts and therefore we can change how and what we think.

If you want to be free of your negative thoughts then start with the book The Inner Work (Amazon).
