⛅ Cool temperatures do NOT mean safe UV levels.
It’s easy to remember sunscreen when it’s 35°C and sunny. It’s easy to forget it on a grey Melbourne day like today.

Here is the dangerous truth:
❌ Clouds block heat. This makes you feel cool and safe.
✅ Clouds do NOT block UV. It is invisible, cold, and penetrates straight through cloud cover.

THE REALITY:
Up to 80% of burning UV rays can pass through clouds. If the UV Index is 3 or higher, damage is happening—even if you can't feel it.
