Megan holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) and brings valuable experience working within a physiotherapy practice, where she has helped clients manage muscle pain, tension, and injury with a hands-on, evidence-based approach.

A familiar face to many in the region, Roshi is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic physiotherapist and clinical pilates instructor.

She has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy and comes to us with several years experience working as a trainer for different VAFA teams.

ACL injury results in a significant time away from sport.

Preventative programs can have a crucial role in reducing the overall risk of ACL injuries.

Recent Evidence identifies up to a 50% risk reduction in ACL injury with implementation of prevention program throughout the season (Crossley, et. al. 2020).

This looks like using a sports-specific neuromuscular training program 3 X per week forming your 10-15minutes warm up.

We have some very exciting news!

We are welcoming a new staff member, Exercise Physiologist Bethany. She comes to us with several years experience working as an Exercise Physiologist across several allied health clinics.

Beth has worked with a variety of clients, including musculoskeletal patients such as athletes working on injury prevention and athletic development. She is also quite at home working with clients who may have metabolic or neurological conditions.

She will be consulting at KPPC as an Exercise Physiologist and taking Clinical Pilates classes from mid October on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Beth is an extremely passionate Exercise Physiologist and we are thrilled to have her join us at KPPC!
