🎄 Gross Motor Gift Guide – 10-18 year olds! 🎄

Looking for presents for older kids and teens? These gifts are fun and encourage movement this holiday season! 🎄

Our 10-18 age group is working on perfecting and challenging their gross motor skills. Their movement is more adult-like and they can perform more challenging tasks.

They are demonstrating skills such as:

🎁 Throwing and kicking balls of all size with increased accuracy
🎁 Balancing on narrow lines while walking forwards and backwards
🎁 Riding a 2 wheel bike on challenging surfaces (hills, grass, sand etc)
🎁 Improving co-ordination and body awareness

🎁 Building muscle mass and strength
🎁 Building cardiovascular fitness
🎁 Trying challenging physical activities or sports
