Our Story

Bright Start Early Intervention Centre offers a safe, nurturing and educational space for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and children with additional support needs.

Operating for many years, our centre provides a range of therapies for children, adolescents and families on the Sunshine Coast, surrounding areas and remote regions. Our early intervention programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) use the principles of applied behaviour analysis (ABA) and can be offered in the home or at our centre in Kuluin.

Our specialised team includes a psychologist; speech pathologist, occupational therapist, board certified behaviour analyst (BCBA), early childhood educators and trained therapy assistants.

We have a number of group programs for children and adolescents with ASD and their siblings. We also run intensive one-to-one early intervention therapies, parent workshops and offer training to those interested in becoming junior therapists and those wanting to learn more about ASD and ABA.
