Gold Coast trip, sorry for the late photos, was a wonderful respite trip for a participant from Perth in W.A. during the respite we attended, jump park, Ripley's believe it or not, Chinese restaurant, 7d clown horror movie, and my participant even plucked up the courage to go on the sling shot! Plus so much more!.

As you can see, yes I may have had to shut my office down in Bundaberg, but I am still very active in the community and that will not change. I am enjoying the path I have now and being an independent support worker again. I am studying to become a support co ordinator and also a trainer and assessor. So please watch this space!!

A few weekends ago now, I had the pleasure of doing a four day respite trip in Brisbane, what is absolutely amazing about this is that the participant is from Perth and found my company through advertising! So the weekend was amazing, collected from the airport then to the motel, day 2 off to the gold coast to build a bear and shopping, then back to motel in Brisbane for dinner, day 3 off to currumbin wildlife sanctuary then back to motel, day 4 said goodbye at the airport. Will be doing four of these trips per year with this participant as she enjoyed her trip and as soon as she arrived home, booked her next trip!
