Kuranda Pilates

Kuranda Pilates Pilates was devised by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century and is a physical fitness system designed to build core strength and flexibility.

Once participants have a sound understanding of the basic Pilates principles each person can increase the intensity/rate of their exercise. The classes are run according to the ability of the majority attending class. Exercises are modified to suit. The end result is that you can work as hard as you wish OR maintain a strong base level.
