I am deeply honoured to have received the blessing to teach whist in Mysore this month. This means the absolute world to me. This practise has changed my world. Every time I practise, I’m closer to my truth, the truth of who I really am. I’m braver, I’m more loving to myself and others, I’ve learnt patience, endurance and what safety feels like on the inside. Ive learnt what it feels like to fear something and learn to sit with that fear and breathe…to feel a little more comfortable with uncertainty…I’ve learnt what worthy feels like…because every time I roll out my mat, I choose myself…to love myself, no matter what happens next…
Thank you dearest Sharathji for sharing this practice and your heart. I love you and you are forever in my heart. I miss you being on this earth but as Shruthi reminds us, you are now with us always and everywhere. Thank you Shruthi, Shraddha, Sambhav and of course Usha for holding and sharing your hearts and holding this beautiful, loving space with and for us. So much love to you ❤️❤️❤️

Whooopha! Last led class for the month. It was a goodie 💪. The 7 x Surya Namaskara A amd 5 x B set the tone nicely. It’s beautiful listening to Sharath-ji’s recording especially his little jokes - ffffffff…..ffffffffff……fffffffffffffff…..fffffive ❤️
