After a blissful couple of weeks of honouring my own being ~ camping, swimming, connecting and a whole lot of nature time ~ I am excited to share my new temple!

Still located in the Kuranda Original Rainforest Market I am now down in the centre, in the Sacred Hearth space ✨

A beautiful word came into my sphere recently, shared through one of my teachers….
Therapeia.
And this word, a gift from the old world, found its place in me.

We know its echo in our time: therapy, it is known as now.
A treatment, a fixing,a thing done to us, clinical and detached.
But therapeia is older than cure,
older than correction.

Therapeia is not a doing.
It is a sacred being with.
A reverent offering.
A deep listening.

It does not seek to mend what is broken, for nothing is.
It does not diagnose the soul, but bows to its wholeness.

The one who walks beside in therapeia is called the therapon—not a fixer, not a healer,
but a loving companion.
A witness.
A servant of presence.

Therapeia holds space for an inner remembering.
Sitting with the body, psyche, and spirit as if each were a temple.
It tends the wild garden of the self—
not pruning, not plucking,
but honouring every thorn and bloom alike.

It is being with the divine within us—
with our pain and our beauty,
with the wreckage and the resurrection,
with the soft ache of becoming.

Therapeia trusts.
It trusts the storm.
It trusts the silence.
It trusts the alchemy of time,
and the wisdom that lives in our bones.

A ta***ic couples session is a beautifully held, safe space created with the intention for a couple to deepen their intimacy and sacred connection with one another. Sessions hold a focus on creating intimate connection through the recognition and honouring of the other as a Divine, loving being. Have you ever considered that our s~xual energy can be used to create MORE life and not just another life?

Have you ever thought about the incredible potency of the energy that can be used to create an entirely new being and wondered what happens to it when we are not in the process of creating a human?

For many people this energy is simply wasted. The inherited conditioning that we hold teaches us that s~xual energy is limited to either biological purposes or at best, for fleeting moments of pleasure. Through this approach our s~xual energy has become congested and our bodies tense. Our habit of repressing our life force or forcing it unconsciously down pre-disposed pathways has resulted in a chronic inversion, preventing this naturally expansive energy from moving freely through our body and bringing us the vitality and aliveness that is our birthright. Our conditioning has overridden our deeper knowing that s~x and spirituality have never been separate. That s~x in its highest form is inextricably linked with the Divine and that through it we have the potential to access states of vitality, bliss and oneness that are in fact the true nature of our being.

Ta**ra leads us on the pathway to this deep remembering and brings us into contact with our s~xual energy as a vital and rejuvenating force. A force that heals on the physical level as well as ascending us into the Divine realms of ecstasy and connection. Sacred breath, ever present she alights at the tip of my being delicate as a hummingbird meeting the flower. “Let’s dance” she whispers and I surrender and open to her subtle bliss as she enters with sweet caress. I draw her inward with delicious expansion, delighting in the pulse of electricity that she ignites in my body as she spirals free and unencumbered. My soft opening granting full permission for her to permeate my depths. I invite her to to stay, to meet me here in the wide expanse of my belly and in her embrace I hold her as tenderly as I would a lover. Time stands still as we plunge into infinite nothingness. The nothingness that is everything. The vast abyss where all things are created and where all things return. We dance in Divine alchemy and she reminds me where I came from. As I exhale I revel in a fresh wave of bliss as I return to my feeling body and the ecstasy of life as it becomes known through my senses. Breath enters me again, this time in a flood of pleasure, reminding me of the sacred gift that is life. With awe and reverence I receive the offering, moving my awareness to the delicious dance of the senses as they play with life around me. My perceptions heightened, I receive the kiss of the wind upon my bare skin, the breath of the earth removing all illusion of separation as I experience myself as a microcosm of the macrocosm, breathing and being breathed in an infinite loop through all space and time. Divine lover, I have known you for eternity.

What is Ta**ra?

Ta**ra is one of the world’s most ancient spiritual traditions with it’s first written record being known over 5,000 years ago. All yogic pathways are derived from some form of the Ta***ic teachings and Ta**ra is practiced worldwide in different varieties through the Tao, Tibetan, Buddhist, Hindu, Jain and Geisha traditions.

Ta**ra is a process of creating unity from duality order to reach expanded states of consciousness, which includes the harmonious union of masculine and feminine energies both within ourselves and in connection with others.

Ta**ra leads us along the pathway to “know thyself” and in doing so we discard the layers of our personality and lower nature in order to reach the Divine states of bliss and oneness that are in fact the truth of our nature.

Ta**ra embraces us in our ‘humanness’. It recognises each of us as a microcosm of the macrocosm and rather than denying our human senses and sensual natures, Ta**ra teaches us how to elevate them to their highest expression.

Ta**ra is not a religion, but a way of life.

What to expect during an An Mo Massage…

When you enter the room for your An Mo experience you will be greeted by an atmosphere of peaceful nurture and love. Your senses are immediately engaged by soft candlelight, gentle aromas and soothing instrumentals. You will be welcomed in to take a seat where we will share a tea to allow your nervous system to unwind and your body to drop deeply into the present moment. At this time I will share a little on Ta***ic philosophy and what you may expect to experience during your session. This is an opportunity for you to speak your intentions for your massage journey and to communicate boundaries and needs.

The session will begin with some gentle breath work, inviting you deeper into an embodied state. I will teach some simple techniques that will assist you in circulating energy through the body in order to get the most out of your experience. I will then leave the space to allow you to get undressed and make yourself comfortable on the massage table. An Mo is traditionally performed naked as it is a full body massage that utilises long strokes travelling along the meridians and the use of towels or partial clothing can hinder this flow. It is also essential however that you feel comfortable and relaxed so a modesty towel can be used if this is your preference.

As I re-enter the room we will take a few moments together to drop into the sacred space we are opening together and to release any tensions or thoughts that will inhibit your ability to fully receive the deep nurture and healing of An Mo. Next, I will use natural props such as silks, feathers and breath to gently awaken the receptivity of your skin and senses. Warmed organic coconut oil will be slowly drizzled over your body and massaged gently into the skin. Starting at your feet I will begin the massage, working my way up through the meridians and into the heart, moving stagnant Chi and Ching energy for deep healing and nurturing. There is a play with pressure, sometimes quite firm and sometimes feather light to coax the energy through the body.

From your stomach you will roll onto your side and from this place we will release stagnant energy from the womb/hara with a technique known as the ‘rebirth’. The massage finishes on your back, with oil drizzled over your skin once more. Here I will invite a breath practice to draw Ching energy up into the heart space before returning to the feet and working my way back up the full body, finishing at your heart where we complete with a loving, heart opening meditation to help integrate the energy you have just cultivated and moved.

At the completion of the massage, you are invited to remain on the table for as long as you need to absorb the fullness of what you have received while I hold a loving and present space for you. As you come back into your everyday consciousness I assist you in grounding back into your body before giving you space to dress. I am always available to hold space after a session if anything arises that you would like to share or process, or alternatively you are free to take your own time just to sit in the space and be with what comes alive in your inner realms.

I recommend that after your session you carve out some gentle time for yourself to integrate and try to avoid too much stimulation so you may receive the full benefit of the experience. During the massage we are moving energy that has perhaps been stagnant for some time, so you may experience some emotion moving either during or after a session. This is completely appropriate response in the body and gentleness is a beautiful offering to yourself as you allow the release.

Welcome to Woven 🙏

My name is Eliza and I am so grateful to be sharing my ta***ic offerings with the Kuranda community.

My deep dive into ta***ic philosophy and embodiment began after my own profound healing experience in receiving ta***ic bodywork, sparking in me a deeply rooted desire to understand more about the sacredness of our s~xual energy and how it can be transformed and alchemised for deeper healing, deeper pleasure and deeper connection with the Divine.

My personal journey with this and the transformation I underwent took me on the path to ta***ic practitioner training and I graduated from the Australian Institute of Ta**ra in 2024, having been blessed to learn the An Mo massage from an initiate of the White Tigress Lineage, a Daoist Ta***ic lineage. I am also accredited through the International Institute of Complementary Therapies.

I look forward to connecting with any and all who are drawn to this path and will be offering my services from Harvest Holistic Hub in the Kuranda Original Rainforest Markets. My days will vary each week so please reach out to book an appointment or to schedule a chat ❤️
