For decades I have been teaching Beginners level courses in Kinesiology.
Touch for Health, Neuroenergetic Kinesiology and Applied Physiology.
I am planning to teach "Attitude with Essence" one of the introductory 2 day courses of Applied Physiology.
It is suitable for Beginners and the more advanced Kinesiologist.
It covers the concepts of holographic Muscle Monitoring, works with 16 muscles (same like in TFH), and offers the emotions, attitudes and appropriate positive affirmations and Flower Essences to help the healing process.

We just had a wonderful Sunday morning Yoga Retreat followed by a very lively vegetarian Cooking workshop.
It was sooo good, we are doing it again.
Join us on Sunday 3rd August for "Yoga and the Chakras" - practise and theory.
Cooking workshop starts around 12.15 pm.
