If you are unable to make it to an appointment, or need to reschedule with notice, we ask that you please do so before your 48 hour reminder message from Fresha

Of course we understand that emergencies do come up, in this case we ask that you please call The Cottage (45731190) or contact your therapist, beautician or hairdresser to let them know as soon as possible. We will be able to cancel your apppintment in the Fresha system, and letting us know means we will be able to fill this appointment slot
