Staying hydrated is key for energy, digestion, circulation, and healthy skin — especially in hot weather or if you’re active! 🌞

Signs you might need more water:
😴🤕 Tiredness or headaches
🚽 Dark yellow urine
💧 Dry skin or lips

Tips to stay hydrated:
💧 Sip water regularly throughout the day
🍉🥒 Include fruit, vegetables, and soups in your diet
☕🍷 Limit dehydrating drinks like coffee and alcohol
