What an amazing first term in studio we have had at Tara Pilates. Thankyou to all of those whom have been so welcoming and supportive and excited in this new chapter . We look forward to continuing to bring a high standard and quality of service to all those whom are passionate about pilates and how it can strengthen lengthen and preserve one’s body . To move with grace and to learn and appreciate the genius of one’s body and how important it is to honour the body you have and to nurture it and love it . To strengthen what is weak and to challenge what is already strong . I am so grateful to be doing what I love for a community I adore and love .
