Our very own Carissa ran a wonderful workshop all about dioramas! ✨

We saw such a wide range of creative end products — from glamorous designs to everyday living dioramas. I just wish I had taken more photos to capture them all! 📸

Everything was made with so much love and plenty of support along the way 💛

And of course, we wrapped up with lots of fun at our local park, including some water play to cool us down — the perfect way to end the day! 💦🌿

We had an absolute blast at our recent go karting outing! 🏁

This wasn’t just about speed and competition—it was about creating an inclusive space where everyone could get involved, build confidence, and enjoy something exciting together. From first laps to big smiles at the finish line, it was amazing to see everyone supporting each other and giving it a go.

A big thank you to Xtreme Go Karting for providing a fantastic environment and helping make the experience accessible and enjoyable for all.

Opportunities like this show how powerful social outings can be—bringing people together, building skills, and most importantly, having fun.

🌟Welcome to the Team, Charlotte! 🌟

We are so excited to welcome Charlotte to the Shining Bright Abilities team!

Charlotte holds a Certificate as a Health Service Assistant in Disability, Aged and Health Care and brings with her a kind, caring and patient nature. She has a passion for helping others and loves bringing a little light humour into every situation to make people smile.

When she’s not supporting others, Charlotte enjoys spending time swimming, being a proud mum to her beautiful 3-year-old daughter, and keeping busy with her two very large (and very loved!) puppies.

Charlotte loves getting out, trying new things and making the most of every day… just don’t ask her to run! 😄

We are so happy to have Charlotte join our team and know she will bring warmth, positivity and wonderful support to the clients and families she works with.
