Our practice is a family practice with 3doctors and much more coming. We also have a female Doctor on staff. Our doctors support the local healthcare community by visiting the local aged care communities and nursing homes through to working at the local Kurri Kurri hospital. We are growing into a community one stop health spot to support our rural community. We bulk bill if your are under 16 yea

rs old or have a pension or health care card. We also offer instant Medicare reimbursements if you have registered your bank details with Medicare. We have a practice nurse available to assist with wound care, procedures and immunisations. Our practice nurse has many years experience working within the aged care community.

Welcome Dr Ruvani!

We are pleased to welcome Dr Ruvani Wijesinghe to our team at My Medical Services Kurri Kurri. Dr Ruvani is able to care for you and your family and has additional skills and qualifications in the areas of women's health; children's health; chronic disease management; and sexual health.

Dr Ruvani speaks both English and Sinhalese and when she is not working hard with us she enjoys spending time with her family and planning upcoming travel around Australia.

Like all of our Doctors, Dr Ruvani is accepting new patients, and all standard consultations are bulk-billed.

Our Story

Our practice is a family practice with 3 doctors, a nurse, 4 reception staff and much more coming. Our doctors support the local healthcare community by visiting the local aged care communities and nursing homes through to working at the local Kurri Kurri hospital. Our surgery also has allied health services that attend monthly, these include a podiatrist, audiologist and also a dietitian. We are growing into a community one stop health spot to support our rural community. We bulk bill if your are under 16 years old or have a pension or health care card. We also offer instant Medicare reimbursements post payment. We have a practice nurse available to assist with wound care, procedures and immunisations.

Our doctors have special interest in skin. We conduct skin checks and also full body skin photography. Our skin checks and also skin surgeries and procedures are 100% bulk-billed. Full body skin photography is $150 and is recommended annually. We have recently started cosmetics at My Medical Services, Kurri Kurri. We offer anti-wrinkle injections, skin needling, IPL treatments, microdermabrasion and peels. We also provider laser to treatment to assist with sleep apnea, incontinence and tattoo removal.
