Just a reminder that our reception services at our office will reopen tomorrow at 10 am.

We hope you have all enjoyed a relaxing holiday period and we look forward to working together again in 2025.

Please note if you have recently submitted a referral, our reception staff will be in contact shortly to complete your intake paperwork and schedule your first appointment.

Due to recent increases in practitioner consultation hours, our amazing psychology telehealth team has immediate vacancies.

So if you are interested in completing your appointments from the comfort of your own home or in a private space at our clinic, our telehealth team is ready to support you in commencing your therapy journey. 

We understand that our phone lines are often extremely busy so please don’t forget you can also reach us through our email at admin@nwpsonline.com.au or referrals can be securely emailed to us at fax@nwpsonline.com.au

Our office reception services will be closed until 20 January while our admin team take a well-deserved break.

During this time our phones will be unattended. We apologise for any inconvenience.

We understand that some clients will continue appointments during this  period so please continue to respond to our SMS reminder messages if you need to cancel or reschedule appointments to ensure you meet the 36 hour cancellation notice period.

Referrals can be sent to us at our email referral address fax@nwpsonline.com.au and our Reception team will reach out and make contact as soon as they return to schedule an appointment.
