👉 When pain feels unbearable, and nothing seems to soothe your child.

Few remedies are as well known for children as Chamomilla, especially during teething and pain-driven irritability.

Chamomilla may be indicated when a child is:

👉Extremely sensitive to pain

👉 Irritable, cranky, and difficult to soothe

👉 Wanting to be held constantly

👉 Asking for things and then rejecting them

👉 Physically, it’s often considered for:

👉 Teething with one red cheek and one pale

👉 Earaches

👉 Colic

Chamomilla is often explored when pain feels unbearable for the child and emotions run high.

This is something I like to be really clear about 🤍

My consults aren’t a quick fix.
They’re for mums who want to understand why things keep coming back, not just stop the symptom for now.

They suit families who are open to:
• Looking at the whole child
• Being patient with the process
• Supporting gentle, long-term healing

And if that’s not where you’re at yet, that’s okay.
Every family’s journey looks different.

If this approach feels right for you, you’re welcome to enquire 🤍

Most of the time, it’s not that homeopathy doesn’t work, it’s that the remedy was guessed.
Natural medicine isn’t meant to be trial and error or a quick Google fix.

Every child is different. When the remedy is chosen for the whole child, not just the symptom, that’s when gentle medicine really shines 🌱

💾 Save this if you’re curious about natural health and want it to actually make sense.

What most mums do wrong when kids get sick (and it comes from love 🤍

When my kids get sick, my first instinct used to be the same as every other mum’s:
Stop the fever. Stop the cough. Make it go away.

But over the years, as a mum and a homeopath, I learned something powerful:
Symptoms aren’t the enemy. They’re the body communicating.

A fever is the immune system doing its job.
A cough is the body clearing.
A rash is often a release, not a problem to cover up.

When we constantly suppress symptoms, we can interrupt the body’s natural healing process.
When we support the child as a whole, healing often becomes gentler, faster, and more complete.

This isn’t about doing nothing.
It’s about doing the *right* thing, with understanding and trust.

Save this for the next time your little one gets sick 🤍

If you’ve ever thought,
“Why does my child’s eczema keep coming back?”
you’re definitely not alone, mum 🤍

One of the biggest things I see in my clinic is this:
eczema is rarely just a skin issue.

In homeopathy, we understand the skin as a window into what’s happening inside the body.
So when a rash keeps flaring, it’s often the body’s way of asking for extra support. not something it’s doing “wrong”.

Covering the rash can calm things temporarily,
but it doesn’t always address why it started in the first place.

Real healing begins when we support the whole child
their digestion, immunity, sleep, emotions, and stress levels.

When the body feels supported from the inside,
the skin often starts to settle naturally 🌿

Gentle. Individualised. Root-focused.
That’s the kind of approach many families are looking for when they’re tired of the flare-up cycle.

✨ Save this for the next flare

👀 Let’s clear this up once and for all…

Homeopathy gets misunderstood a lot.
“Just sugar pills?”
“Not real medicine?”
“Not safe?”

Truth is, it’s actually very systematic, very intentional, and deeply personalised. Nothing random about it. 🌱

It’s gentle, works with the body (not against it), and when used properly, it can be a beautiful support for natural health, especially for families.

💾 Save this post – and share it with anyone who’s curious about natural health but unsure where to start.

A breastfeeding saviour for many mums, Phytolacca is a homeopathic remedy traditionally used to support a range of nursing-related pains and discomforts 🤍

In homeopathy, Phytolacca is often considered when breastfeeding becomes painful, particularly when symptoms feel deep, intense, or radiate through the body.

Phytolacca is often associated with:
• Mastitis
• Breast pain while nursing, especially when worse on the left breast
• Pain that radiates through the whole body
• Cracked or sore ni***es
• Tender, sensitive breasts

It’s also sometimes used for painful dentition, especially when clenching the teeth or gums causes discomfort.
As always, homeopathy works best when the remedy is well matched to the individual. Gentle, targeted support can make all the difference during demanding seasons like breastfeeding.
