Welcome to Rowan Tree, where the focus is on using food as medicine, improving adaptation to the stresses of life, and utilising the many therapies nature has to offer, such as Medicinal Herbs, Nutrients, Homoeopathic Remedies, Reiki and Flower Essences.
Work with me to bring balance back into your everyday life. Together we will create a personalised plan to renew your health, using evidenced based and traditional effective therapies; and I may recommend other therapies, according to your needs.
