Osteo Announcement 🌟

From 1st March 2026, Brooke will be closing her books to new patients temporarily. Whilst she is incredibly grateful for all of the people coming through our doors, she is struggling to keep up with the demand of fitting in so many patients during her working week.

For any new clients wanting to book in with her, you can reach out and go on a waiting list and we will notify you when she opens her books up to new patients again. Alternatively Ryan (our resident chiropractor) is still taking on new clients, and you are more than welcome to book in with him.

Please note any new bookings with Brooke that have already been booked in will be honoured.

We thank you all very much for your continued support and understanding as we make some small adjustments to our business. 🌟

An Important Change for Work-Life Balance 💚

Both Ryan and I have enjoyed being available to respond to each and every communication from our patients. However, we have decided to make a change.

To honour ourselves and our health, we will now be unavailable on weekends to respond to any emails, text messages, phone calls or social media correspondence. It’s important that we make time to ‘switch our brains off’ so we can come back feeling refreshed on Mondays ready for the week ahead.

With this change, we would appreciate all Monday appointments being confirmed by the Friday before (you will get a reminder text message on that day). This means that if there are any changes we can attend to these on Friday, as we won’t be doing so on the weekend.

The Stats for 2025 📊

Even though it’s not about the numbers for us, we thought we’d have a look across the year and see how many people we were able to provide care for, and also how many hours we worked. We surprised ourselves to say the least 🙊

We also wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who have supported our dream of providing holistic healthcare to Regional Victoria and beyond. We couldn’t do what we do without you. And we wish you and your loved ones a happy, healthy and fulfilling year in 2026 💚💚💚

Holiday Hours 🎄

We will be working all the way up until Christmas this year! At the moment we are fully booked from 22-24th December, however we will post any cancellations that we have to let everyone know. You can also send us a message and we can pop you on the waiting list. 😊

We will be back on 29th December and working up until and including New Years Eve 🎉

As of 15th September 2025, all appointments with Star Osteo and Wellness will be provided in Kyabram, at our home clinic.

We are excited for this new chapter and thank everyone that has been a part of our journey so far, and those who will continue to trust us with taking care of their health.
