ed attending 10-day Vipassana meditation retreats to explore further. Now, he meditates daily, studies human behaviour extensively, and attends a 10-day retreat annually. Adrian has a thirst for psychology, mindfulness, relaxation, meditation techniques, emotion control, neuroscience, quantum physics, and shamanistic healing. Adrian obtained his Diploma in Counselling (CHC51015). Noticing more clients with anger issues, he quickly helped them manage their stress. Adrian then specialized in anger and stress management. Adrian recognized society's struggles with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. He has adapted his business to help more people cope with these pressures.
