UPDATED AVAILABILITY

Many of you already know that starting next term (from 22nd July), I will be back teaching at Kyneton High School. Yay!

This means that there is a slight adjustment to my massage hours and I will be offering more afternoon sessions than morning sessions.

Autumn is my favourite season (it was almost eclipsed by spring when I lived in Corryong... snow capped mountain peaks!!!)

I love it because it is the preparation for winter... winter has always meant cosyness for me. I grew up with wood heating and this time of year meant we had to take it in turns to help dad go and cut firewood.

Energetically Autumn is the shedding of emtional layers so that you can nuture yourself over the winter period. What are you shedding? It doesn't matter if you are unsure of the details but go gently on yourself!
