I’m offering a full-day, embodied workshop for women navigating this threshold. Through qigong, grounding practices, emotional clarity work and nervous system rebalancing tools, we will explore practical ways to:

-recalibrate your nervous system
-restore emotional balance
-regulate symptoms
-reclaim a sense of inner purpose
