Hey folks, it has been a hot minute since I’ve stopped by.

Hubby and I have been in Austria travelling for leisure and a quick visit to a Germany for business it was simply amazing!! Highly recommend 10/10

I have been alerted by the wonderful Tess that there is an opportunity to trade up for your TM5 for the fabulous TM6. The differences in my opinion are sooooo worth it!!! I’m a big fan still and whilst I don’t share all my pics anymore we still use it every single day and multiple times!! We would be so lost. Mr TC is still creating whatever I save to Cookidoo during the week 😋😋

It’s been ages since we have cooked a silverside but our baby girl is home for the night and it’s one of her faves.

This is the BEST silverside recipe ever, the meat is always superb. You can add your veggies to it also but we did ours separately tonight. Plus it has a fab white sauce you make with the leftover stock (we didn’t this evening).

I also whipped a caulioccoli in cheese sauce and them baked with panko breadcrumbs - sooooo good!! I use the Mac’n’cheese sauce that takes 8 minutes in the thermi and it’s super yum!!

The perfect meal to finish off this chilly day!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!! 🐰

It was a chilly one today so perfect for some soup.

Our go to is Pop’s Soup in honour of my late Father in law who absolutely loved it. It’s a delicious Creamy Cauliflower, Potato and Bacon Soup accompanied with some Turkish bread that we sliced into fingers and popped into the air fryer for 6 minutes, 200’.
