🌸 Nikki is our co-director and leads our team of highly skilled and passionate speech pathologists.
With over two decades of experience in both paediatric and adult settings, Nikki is dedicated to helping children and families thrive.
Before founding Kaleidoscope Therapy, she worked extensively in public and private hospitals, community health, and Early Childhood Intervention Programs, building a strong foundation in collaborative and family-centred care.
Nikki is particularly passionate about supporting preschool-aged children in developing their communication skills. She has specialised training in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, including Pragmatic Organisation Dynamic Display (PODD) books and various communication devices. Her child-led, play-based approach integrates communication strategies into everyday routines, empowering children to express themselves confidently. ✨🗣️🌸
