TUESDAY & THURSDAY early morning group fitness is back!! 🔥
I have a couple of availabilities for personal training clients this week also.
I currently have spots open every Tuesday at 8:45am and 10am.
As a womens personal trainer of 9 years, my training is focused on strength, stability and flexibility. I work closely with women to strengthen their pelvic floor and build foundational core strength so they can progress to build upper and lower body strength with more ease.
I have the knowledge to train pregnant women in all stages of their pregancy and post partum women from 4-6 weeks after birth.
