Happy Monday EVENING!

TUESDAY & THURSDAY early morning group fitness is back!! 🔥

I have a couple of availabilities for personal training clients this week also.
I currently have spots open every Tuesday at 8:45am and 10am.

As a womens personal trainer of 9 years, my training is focused on strength, stability and flexibility. I work closely with women to strengthen their pelvic floor and build foundational core strength so they can progress to build upper and lower body strength with more ease.

I have the knowledge to train pregnant women in all stages of their pregancy and post partum women from 4-6 weeks after birth.

Hello everyone 👋🏼
I would like to re-introduce myself.

My name is Emily, I’m 27 years young and have been personal training now for 8 years. How time flies!!
I’ve spent most of my years around kyogle apart from a couple of years living in Townsville.

After school I originally started coaching outdoor bootcamps in kyogle and then progressed to doing 1-1 private sessions as well.
I Then spent some time working at a gym on the Gold Coast, but found that I enjoyed the out door setting best.
When I lived in Townsville I worked as a F45 fitness instructor, coached an over 50’s strength class and worked casually in Rockwear, an activewear store.

Alongside these ventures I have always had an online income from my social marketing business. I’ve partnered with two global wellness companies over the years, working with products proven to deliver fantastic results. Both of which were very successful!
I love having the flexibility to help people feel good, do good and earn as they wish - life is full of choices but residual income provides ULTIMATE choice.
Over the past two years I have worked mostly in the online space helping women globally with reducing oxidative stress and restoring their health on a cellular level. ✨🌿

Something I have always enjoyed is helping people. I thoroughly enjoy working with people and especially leaving them in a better position than what I found them in.

Now, living back in the northern rivers I’ve decided to step back out into the community offering both bootcamps and mobile personal training services on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

My training style is for all fitness levels and all ages. My sessions are designed to help my clients build foundational strength, to improve their flexibility and cardiovascular health so they can live with more ease!

Since managing my own hormonal imbalances back to health and regaining my menstrual cycle, I believe that nutrition and exercise should not cause one stress, but instead reduce. I’m a huge advocate for natural health.
Physical exercise should be a way of life for us all, not a fad or a phase to fit into a dress size!
