🌲🌳 TREE PLANTERS 🌳🌲

Hibbens Plantation Establishment is seeking 10 people to plant Blue gum seedling around Mount Gambier and Penola in South Australia.
Some work will be in Victoria but well within the 70km travel bubble that is currently in place.

This is fast paced, hard work and after a few days or so you can expect to make $200 - $300 per day. The faster planter make $300 - $400 per day.

The season has just started. We expect to be working until the end of August or start September.

This work does count towards all visas such as 2nd, 3rd year and covid relief visas.

Accommodation in a fully self contained motel/apartments can be provided for $135 per week. Couples can have their own rooms.

Over the past 5 years the average worker made $300 - $400 per day while the faster, fitter planters made $400 - $500 per day.

Accommodation can be provided for $135 per week.

Over 3 months work starting early June.

Mount Gambier based location.

All piece rate work so the harder you work the more $$$ you make.

Transport provided to and from the job sites each day.

🌱🌲🌳 Forestry workers required for work around Mount Gambier, Heywood and Hamilton with continuing work in nsw and qld after.

We have a minimum of 3 months work available for the following -

Tree planters - using spades
Tree planters - using pottiputkis
Tree runners - using atvs, side x sides, utes and some on foot.
Quality assurance staff for planting.

Runners must have current atv ticket, manual open car license, first aid ticket. 4x4 and self recovery training preferred.

We supply all transport to and from select central locations!
Weekly pay!
We provide year round work throughout nsw and qld after the winter season has finished.

Crews work 6 days on, 1 off. 5 on and 2 off. Regardless of the weather so you must be prepared for big days and have comfortable wet weather gear.

Hi all we are looking for supervisors for our planting and w**d control contracts as well as 2IC's and tree runners ( using atv, utv and 4x4's).

Ideally you will be available to work throughout QLD from October till April then in the southern states for the rest of the year.

Sponsorship is a possibility for the right people.

Ideally you will have;

Proven experience successfully creating and running large crews of 15 - 30 people.
Experience managing large projects of one million tree plus.
Ability to complete work within strict time schedules.
Good people skills.
Desire and will to build top level crews and be the best!

Also desirable;
Certificate 4 in WHS
Certificate 4 in Train and assess
Atv/utv training
4x4 training
4x4 recovery training
Advanced fire fighting tickets
Good mechanical knowledge of small engines as well as 4x4s and trailers

A POSITIVE, PROBLEM SOLVING ATTITUDE.

You will have the option to work just our peak summer and winter seasons ~ 8 months total or year round work as well.

Hey all we have tree planting available in nsw and qld.
Currently have around 600k to plant based out of gympie qld plus lots of other projects scattered around qld and nsw.

We also have knapsack spraying available for experienced people.

We provide free transport to and from the work site each day plus pay top rates! Accommodation is not provided though but there are plenty of cheap options.

We will have solid work for 30+ people right through until September next year - less the break over xmas and new year.

Experienced tree planters required for a month + work at Texas Qld. I only have a couple spots to fill so send me a message if you are interested.

This is mixed species planting in National Parks.

Like always we will provide transport to and from Texas.

It's all double cultivated and we are using Hyco trays.

Forest workers required based out of Gympie, Tin can bay and Maryborough, QLD.

Work is due to start in September.

Duties will include brush cutting, chain saw work, knapsack spraying and quad bike spraying. Also fire fighting for suitably qualified people.

You must have your own reliable transport.
Ppe including steel tow lace up boots, wide brim hat, long pants, long sleeve hi visibility shirt, chain saw chaps, helmet with visor and ear muffs.

Desirable qualifications and experience are;
Current first aid
White card
Qld basic fire fighter ticket
Qld tanker operator for fire fighting
Whs or other safety certifications
Level 2 chain saw

We are also looking for an experienced supervisor to join our team.

These will be on going positions. Most jobs are piece rate. We work 5 days, 10 hours a day. Weekend work is available and panalty rates apply for fire fighting and fire standby.
